There is no better feeling than knowing someone is looking out for your better interest. To say you feel like you are talking with family and not just a buisness deal is an understatement. I receive updates even though I closed on our home a few years ago. Just knowing they are still by my side and letting me know i wasn't just another sale speaks volumes about a company.
